Memorial Jewelry: Such as necklaces and bracelets that can encase a small amount of ashes or fur, allowing you to feel their presence always beside you.

Memorial Stones & Plaques: Perfect for placing in special spots in your garden or home, serving as a tribute to their enduring memory.

Keepsake Frames & Boxes: Ideal for treasuring their photos, collars, paw prints, or other meaningful mementos.

We offer thoughtful offers to our email subscribers. You can subscribe to our emails—our content won’t overwhelm you; we’ll only share meaningful updates and occasional heartfelt rewards.
To ensure a streamlined process, only one discount code can be applied per order.

II.Orders & Payments

We understand this product holds great significance for you, and we know you must be eagerly looking forward to its arrival. Once your order—especially for custom products—is finished and shipped, we will immediately send you an email containing a shipping tracking number. You can check the product’s shipping status at any time via the link in that email.
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) as well as PayPal. All our payment processing is securely encrypted to protect your personal information.

For non-custom products, if you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us immediately via email at pawspalshelp@gmail.com within 2 hours of placing your order.

For personalized custom products, as they are crafted specifically for you, we cannot modify or cancel orders once the production process has begun. Therefore, please reach out to us within 2 hours of placing your order for any changes you may need. We kindly ask that you double-check all customization details (such as names, dates, etc.) before finalizing your order.

III. Shipping

  • We ship from warehouses in the United States, Europe and Australia.
  • Creation Time: Non-custom products typically ship within 1-3 business days. Personalized custom products require 7-10 business days for production.

    Shipping Time: Once shipped, standard shipping typically takes 10-20 business days depending on your location.

    We understand well the frustration of waiting, and we will do our utmost to get this memorial into your hands.

Yes — orders over $79 qualify for standard free shipping.
Currently, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, APO or FPO addresses. Please provide a physical street address.

IV.Returns & Exchanges

Our top priority is ensuring your satisfaction with our products.

• For personalized custom products: Since each piece is a unique creation, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the product has quality defects or there is a manufacturing error on our part (such as incorrect engraving of a name).

• For non-custom products: If you are unsatisfied with a non-custom product you received, you may contact us to request a return within 14 days of receipt. The product must be in its original, unused condition.

• If a product is damaged during shipping or has a defect caused by us: Please contact us immediately within 48 hours of receiving your package, along with photos. We promise to resolve the issue promptly by recreating the product and sending it to you free of charge. Our packaging ensures you won’t bear any losses due to our mistakes.

V.Product Safety & Maintenance

Absolutely safe. All materials are non-toxic and have passed FDA certification for pet products. We conduct strict safety tests on every item.

To keep your items in the best condition, we recommend the following:

  • Memorial Necklaces: Gently wipe with alcohol-based wipes. Avoid contact with chemicals, perfume, or wearing the necklace while showering.
  • Fabric Urns/Keepsake Boxes: Simply dust them off with a dry, soft cloth. Avoid placing them in direct sunlight or excessively dry environments.
  • Memorial Stones: Can be gently wiped with clean water and a soft cloth.

VI.Customization & Wholesale

Yes, personalization is at the core of our service. Most of our products can be personalized with your beloved pet’s name, important dates, or a special message. Please enter your customization details on the product page. We will take great care with every detail to ensure it perfectly holds your emotions.
